To provide operational, strategic and technical expertise toward the successful and timely completion of a construction project inclusilve of the following services:

PROJECT PLANNING

Collaborate to determine project parameters.

Understand Client’s vision, needs and budget.

Develop a plan with the Client to accomplish objectives.

What resources & personnel are needed for the project.

Assist in assigning project tasks and resources.

Review Architectural and Expediting proposals for completeness & compatibility with project needs.

Pre-Construction

Conceptual Architectural & Mechanical review.

Review design book/sketches to ensure that project is meeting with Client’s visions and that the initial budget is being considered within design.

Issue for bid document review.

Review bid documents for completeness and final layouts.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction contract review & negotiation.

Review contracts for completeness and pricing.
Assist client in negotiating contract amounts.

Client Representative for Project Management.

Review schedules, procurement logs and follow up with chosen Contractor on progress over the course of the work.
Assist in project close-out.
